To make this soup, you have to take two sticks of Moringa. Wash them well and put them in the cooker and add a bowl of washed red lentils. Now add onion, ginger, tomato, beans, salt and turmeric and cover it. Now boil it. Grind the boiled vegetables, strain it and drink it. This soup is for babies above 8 months of age.
