  • Ginger – 2 inches
  • Cloves- 3-4
  • Cinnamon – two sticks of 1 inch each
  • Water – 1 glass

Note- If you want, you can grind all these things in a mixer and make a powder and drink it daily.

  • After this, take an empty glass and add curry leaves, ginger, cloves and cinnamon in it.
  • Now fill the glass completely with hot water and mix everything.
