It acts as a protective layer on the skin, so that UV rays do not reach the skin directly. It contains elements like zinc oxide, titanium oxide, which help protect the skin from premature aging and sunburn.

  • Glycerin – 1 teaspoon
  • Aloe vera gel – 1 teaspoon
  • Vitamin E capsule – 1
  • Sunflower oil – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Zinc Oxide – Powder or Liquid

  • First of all, take a bowl and add one spoon of glycerin, aloe vera gel, vitamin E capsule and sunflower oil in mineral water and mix it well.
  • Now mix zinc oxide in it.
  • Keep in mind that if you add three to four tablespoons of zinc oxide to the prepared lotion, it will be considered equivalent to SPF 15.
  • According to this you can mix the quantity of zinc.
  • If you use 15 percent zinc oxide, you will have a sunscreen with SPF 15-18.
