Nick Norwitz, a doctoral student at Harvard University, ate 24 eggs every day for a month to conduct an experiment. In this way, he/she ate 720 eggs in a month to see its effect on his/her body. Then its shocking results came out which surprised people.

Dr. Norwitz says, I knew that if I ate an egg every hour every day for a month, my low density lipoprotein (LDL) or bad cholesterol would reduce. To find out this he/she did this food experiment.

In his/her video, he/she did not tell what else he/she ate every day apart from eggs or what was his/her daily exercise routine. But he/she did say that after the first two weeks, he/she consumed 60 grams of carbohydrates every day, which was equivalent to two bananas and 21 ounces of blueberries.

But Dr. Norwitz found in his/her experiment that after eating 720 eggs for a month, his/her LDL level decreased by 18 percent.

Some scientists believe this may be due to the release of a hormone called cholesin, which is caused by cholesterol binding to receptors on intestinal cells.
