In such a situation, if you like to eat eggs, be it scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, egg curry or omelette. But, these are all normal dishes which everyone can make, but if you want to eat something different, then this time you can try making ‘Egg Manchurian’. Let’s know its recipe-
Material
5 boiled eggs
half cup flour
2 eggs vinegar,
2 teaspoons soy sauce,
2 spoons red chili ketchup
2 onions
2 green chillies
Salt and red chilli as per taste

To make ‘Egg Manchurian’, first boil the eggs. For this, heat 2 glasses of water in a pan and put eggs in it. The egg will be boiled and ready in 15 minutes. After this, remove the peel and take it out in a bowl. Now cut the egg into 2 pieces, separate the yolk and cut the white part into pieces.
Now add flour, salt and red chilli as per taste to these pieces and mash them well with hands. After mashing, make small Manchurian balls. After this, add 3 spoons of flour and 2 eggs into a bowl. Mix it well then put all the Manchurian balls in it.
After this, put oil in the pan on the gas and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, fry the prepared Manchurian balls in it until they turn golden. After this, take a pan and heat some oil in it. Then add chopped green chillies and onions in oil and fry them lightly. After this, add red chili ketchup, soya ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix. After this add Manchurian balls and mix them well. Take them out in a serving plate and garnish it with sesame seeds. Egg Manchurian is ready, enjoy it.
