During the discussion on the Constitution, there was a heated exchange between the ruling party and the opposition, Rahul showed a copy of Manusmriti and the Constitution in the House.

New Delhi: During the Constitution discussion, there were many such occasions when heated arguments and disputes were seen between the ruling party and the opposition. However, everyone in the House was surprised by the way Rahul suddenly ended his/her speech during his/her 27-minute address. This was visible within Congress also. Some MPs say that this was a better opportunity when a lot could have been said, but it did not happen. When Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi stood up to speak, the ruling party was seen interrupting him/her in a light-hearted manner and at some places he/she expressed sharp objection to Rahul’s statement, due to which the ruling party and the opposition were seen clashing in the House.

‘Rahul Gandhi narrated the story of Eklavya’

While narrating the story of Eklavya, when Rahul said that it was a seven-eight year old youth, the ruling party immediately interrupted and said that it was a child, not a youth. After that Rahul corrected his/her statement. Like last time in the House, Rahul also mentioned Abhay Mudra this time. When he/she tries to explain the message behind Abhay Mudra by keeping it in front and then by pressing the thumb of the hand raised in Abhay Mudra, he/she turns it over and shows the thumb cut off and puts it in front as a symbol of Eklavya, then the SP Chief says smilingly that this I have already mentioned Prateek, so Rahul immediately laughs and says, yes, I am talking about you.

When Rahul Gandhi was attacking the central government and the UP government, there was a lot of interference from the opposition, on which Congress MP Manickam Tagore, sitting in the opposition, started saying that in some time the PM will also speak, then we will see. On this, Asan said that you cannot threaten.

Clash between Rahul and the ruling party

At the same time, he/she placed Manusmriti against the Constitution of the country and showed copies of the Constitution and Manusmriti. Not only this, once again Rahul and the ruling party were seen clashing over Savarkar. Shiv Sena MP Eknath Shinde claimed in his/her address that the Leader of Opposition attacks Savarkar, but his/her grandmother, in a letter written to Pandit Bakhale, Secretary of Savarkar National Memorial, had praised Savarkar and called him/her courageous. he/she said that the Leader of Opposition should tell whether his/her grandmother was also anti-Constitution. On this Rahul Gandhi started demanding clarification. On behalf of Asan, they were asked to give him/her a chance after Shinde’s talk was over, but the Congress MPs started raising slogans demanding immediate permission and came near Asan. After some uproar, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla allowed Rahul Gandhi to speak. Rahul said that when I was young, I had asked Indira Gandhi ji about Savarkar, then she told me that Savarkar had compromised with the British and wrote a letter to the British and apologized. Gandhiji went to jail, Nehruji went to jail, but Savarkar had apologized. A question was raised towards the ruling party that how many years younger were you when Indira Gandhi, what did you know about Savarkar.

Kiran Rijiju replied

When Kiren Rijiju was presenting his/her views in the House, the ruling party and the opposition were seen bickering. Rijiju witnessed an uproar from the opposition over the statement of former Defense Minister AK Antony, where he/she said that Antony had said in the House that roads are not being built in the border areas so that the enemy does not enter. There was a lot of uproar from the opposition on this. When interrupted by TMC MP Saugata Roy, Rijiju said that he/she was not saying anything considering his/her age and seniority, had he/she been equal he/she would have replied. When DMK leader A Raja said that the Constituent Assembly is the contribution of a party, then while referring to all the members of the Constituent Assembly, he/she said that out of these, give the name of a person associated with Hindu Mahasabha or Sangh, on this the ruling party will Protest was seen from. Taking aim at BJP, Raja said that when the number two of your party said that if 400 seats will come then we will change the Constitution, the spirit of the Constitution will change, we will create a Hindu nation, then the BJP MP strongly protested and said that you Prove it or we will bring a breach of privilege notice against you, Raja said, bring a notice. At one place in his/her address, when he/she said that the Constitution has fallen into the hands of wrong elements, opposition leaders like Prahlad Joshi, Sanjay Jaiswal and Nishikant were seen strongly opposing Raja. he/she said that how can an MP call the entire government a wrong element. The ruling party seemed to be demanding an apology.
