DU Admission 2024 Last Date: Last chance to fill the course college of your choice, see the future schedule as well

Today is the last chance to choose a course and college for admission to undergraduate courses in Delhi University. DU’s admission branch has said that in the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS UG 2024) form, students can submit their data and college-course preference under both Phase 1 and Phase 2 till 4:59 pm on August 7 on the official website ugadmission.uod.ac.in. There will be a chance to change the order of college and course till 5 pm on August 8. After this, the choice of the students will be locked automatically.

DU CSAS Portal: How to fill DU College Choice

Students have to fill the choices of courses and colleges in a sequence. The first choice should be at the top and in the same way, the list should be made going down. Merit will be made on the basis of CUET score, but the number of seats in colleges will also be allotted as per the choice of the students. If a student’s score is higher than another student but he/she has kept a college lower in his/her preference list and another student has kept it higher, then the other student can get the seat despite having a lower score.

DU’s Dean Admissions Prof. Haneet Gandhi said that students must press the save button after filling every preference. Make sure to save even when you take a final decision on the preference order. Fill the maximum number of preferences and pay attention to the preference preference. Admissions are to be done for about 71 thousand seats in 79 UG programs and 198 BA program combinations of 68 colleges/institutes/centers of the university.

DU Admission List: Future Schedule

The simulated rank will be released on August 11 at 5 pm. After which there will be an opportunity to change the course-college preference till August 12 at 11:59 pm. The first round will start at 5 pm on August 16 and admissions will run on this allocation list from 16 to 21 August. After this, the list of vacant seats will be released on August 22 at 5 pm. According to this, there will be an opportunity to change the course-college choice preference from 22 to 23 August at 4:59 pm. The second seat allocation list will be released on August 25 and admissions will happen till August 30.
