DU 2nd cut-off admission schedule
As per the admission schedule released by the university, the admission of second cut-off (DU admission 2021) will start from October 11 at 10 am and will run till October 13 (11:59 pm). During this seat confirmation, fee deposit and document verification will be done. Based on the available seats, various colleges will either close the admission process or release the revised cut off list for admission to the remaining seats.
Admission option till 14 October
Colleges will allow admission under the second cut-off list by October 14 (5 pm), but students will have to pay late fees by October 15 (5 pm). The university will release the list second cut-off list for Science, Commerce and Arts streams. Before releasing the DU list, the recognized colleges will also release their second cut-off.

How to change college or course?
Students who want to change their course or college after taking admission on the basis of the first list can also take admission on the basis of the second list or change their choice on the basis of the second list. To do so, they have to pay a fee of Rs 1,000 to the university for fresh admission.
Admission may be closed in top colleges of DU
If media reports are to be believed, the top colleges of DU may stop admission to many of their courses. In these, admissions for Science program and BA program of Hindu College are likely to be closed. Admission can be done for the seats of B.Com Honors and BA Economics Honors. Apart from Hindu, admissions in top courses in Hansraj, Ramjas and JMC are also expected to be closed. The second cutoff list for Psychology (Hons) in LSR is not expected to be released.

DU 1st cut off 2021: 60,904 students submitted admission forms
A total of 60,904 students have submitted applications under the first cut-off list released by the university on October 1. 8 colleges had set their cut-off at 100% for 10 courses in the first list. The last chance to deposit the process of admission in this list was till 11.59 pm on Friday night. As per official figures, so far 36,130 students had paid their fees.
