If you have symptoms of dengue, you can drink citrus mint electrolyte drink. Lemon juice is rich in natural electrolytes like potassium and sodium along with vitamin C. Whereas salt provides sodium and potassium to the muscles to function properly.

2 cups – water
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 tsp – salt
2 tsp – honey
Handful of fresh mint leaves
