Don’t stop my earning… Shahrukh Khan had said a big thing on doing soft drink advertisement.

Shahrukh Khan is also known for his/her outspoken style. he/she once spoke openly on the controversy surrounding his/her endorsement of soft drinks. This is a product which many people believed was harmful for children. SRK had questioned the logic of targeting celebrities to promote such products. he/she appealed and said that if they are so harmful then they should be banned. his/her video of 2006 is now going viral. On the request not to advertise soft drinks, Shahrukh Khan had said, ‘I will appeal to any authority to ban it. Don’t let it be sold in our country. If you think it’s bad for kids, ban it. Smoking is bad – don’t allow cigarettes to be produced in this country. If you think cold drinks are bad, don’t make them. If it is poisoning our people, then do not let it be made in India.

Shahrukh Khan, Gauri and Abram reached Jamnagar to celebrate New Year, users asked – Why are you hiding your face?

Shahrukh Khan’s viral video

Shahrukh further said, ‘See, my argument is, you are not stopping it because you get revenue from it. Let’s be honest about it. If you think some products are harmful, you are not stopping them, but they are revenue for the government. Don’t stop my revenue. I am an actor. I have to work and earn from it. And quite frankly, I mean, if you think something is wrong, stop it. There is no problem.

‘Nobody smokes after seeing an actor’

Shahrukh has now given up cigarettes, but then he/she had said that there are major health problems caused by smoking and people should pay attention to them. he/she had said, ‘The whole big issue is that smoking today, what tomorrow? And where does it go next? An art form that should be left alone. And I really believe that the Indian public is literate enough to know that smoking does not happen like Humphrey Bogart. Now there is no way that you start smoking if an actor smokes. And this is a very minor health issue. I think people in power should focus on bigger health issues than smoking in films.
