Donald Trump’s students will cancel the student visa, for what reason US President in preparation for action?

Donald Trump on Palestine: US President Donald Trump has issued an executive order to fight anti-Jewish sentiments. The order also provides for non-citizen students and people participating in pro-Palestine demonstrations from the country. A fact sheet has also been issued with this order. It has also promised immediate action through Justice Deputy. These action will be taken against American Jews in cases of terrorist threats, arson, sabotage and violence.
The fact sheet states that on October 7, 2023, the attack on Israel through the Palestinian Group Hamas, our college campus and roads increased. All resources should be used to deal with it. Trump also said during the election campaign that he/she would take out Hamas supporters out of the country. After becoming President, he/she is seen following his/her promise. Civil rights groups on the other hand have said that Trump’s order violates freedom of expression.

What did Trump say in the order?

President Donald Trump said in the fact sheet, “All non-citizens who participated in jihadi-supporting demonstrations, we warned you: 2025 By the time, we will find you and we will find you the country.” Reiterating his/her election promise, Trump said, “I will also cancel the student visa of all Hamas supporters in the college campus, who suffer from fundamentalism.” After Hamas’s attack on Israel, the Israeli army bombed Gaza, after which students were opposed by students in American colleges.

Trump’s decision to protest

At the same time, rights groups and legal scholars say that Trump’s measures are a violation of freedom of constitutional expression and legal challenges will be given against it. Attorney Carrie Desel, Senior Staff at the Knight First Amament Institute of Columbia University, said, “First Amendment protects everyone in America, including foreign nationals studying in American universities. Giving will be unconstitutional. ” The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) said that if Trump tries to implement it, he/she would consider challenging the order in court.
