This causes hormonal imbalance, ovulation problems, menstrual cycle becomes irregular and the quality of eggs also deteriorates. he/she said that many researches have revealed that women who work night shifts or are exposed to light at night have weak fertility. They also have a higher risk of miscarriage and ovarian cancer.
