4 big potatoes
3-4 tablespoons rice flour
2 tablespoons cornflor

How to make Potato 65
- Boiling potatoes After peeling, grate it, wash it 2-3 times and squeeze thoroughly and remove all the water.
- Add rice flour and cornflour to grated potatoes and mix well.
- Now prepare a paste batter of Kashmiri red chillies, salt, pepper, ginger-garlic.
- When the batter is ready, make small balls and deep fry till it becomes crispy.
- Add a little oil to a pan, add finely chopped onion, garlic, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and red chili and fry.
- Now add Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala, salt and 1/2 tablespoon sugar to balance the taste.
- After mixing everything, now add 3-4 tablespoons of curd and cook for some time.
