Discussion on Constitution: Such things can harm the image of the country… Rijiju made Rahul Gandhi listen without taking his/her name.

New Delhi: On the second day of discussion on the Constitution in the Lok Sabha, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju attacked Rahul Gandhi without taking his/her name. During the discussion on the Constitution, Kiren Rijiju said, ‘There is a survey, it is a global survey. We all have read. According to a survey by the Center for Policy Analysis in the European Union, 38 percent of people in the EU are victims of discrimination, most of whom are Muslims. There are many things about discrimination in France. Most people from the Muslim community objected to the ban on burqa and called it discrimination. he/she further said, ‘Internal hate crime is very high in Spain. Hate crimes against Muslims are very high. In Indonesia, which is a Muslim country, there is discrimination against Shias and Ahmadis, this is according to the report. You know the condition of Pakistan. You know what happens in Bangladesh. Do you know what happened to the number of Sikhs, Hindus and Christians in Afghanistan? Be it the issue of Tibet or the problem in Myanmar, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh, Pakistan or Afghanistan…if there is any oppression on minorities, the first country where they come to seek protection is India. . It is safe, that is why we come.

Rahul Gandhi on Rijiju’s target

Rijiju said, ‘Then why are such things said that there is no protection for minorities in this country. Some incidents must have happened. There are fights within the family also. Why do they say that no place is being given to minorities in India, Sikhs are not being allowed to go to Gurudwara, Muslims are not being allowed to go to Dargah. One should not say such things which harm the image of the country. I am not saying this for any one party, I am saying this for the country.
