New Delhi. Veteran wicketkeeper batsman Dinesh Karthik has announced his/her retirement from all forms of cricket. Karthik announced his/her retirement on the occasion of his/her 39th birthday. he/she wrote a long post on social media and also released a video. Karthik recently said goodbye to IPL. Dinesh Karthik thanked his/her family and wife Deepika Pallikal, including his/her coach and fans, in his/her post on social media. he/she posted a red color emoji on social media and wrote the caption, ‘It’s official.

Dinesh Karthik, who made his/her international cricket debut in 2004, was part of the T20 World Cup winning team in 2007. he/she recently returned to Team India as a finisher. Karthik made his/her international cricket debut before the legendary Mahendra Singh Dhoni. he/she played before Dhoni and even after his/her retirement. Dinesh Karthik also released a 53-second video in which he/she is seen in Team India’s jersey. he/she refreshed his/her old memories. Karthik is celebrating his/her birthday today. he/she turned 39 on June 1, 2024.
