IPL 2023: In the 16th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), the team of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will start its campaign on Sunday, 2 April. RCB will face five-time champions Mumbai Indians, the most successful team of the tournament. Before this match, the injury problem for RCB is not taking its name. Where Josh Hazlewood is already out, he/she is finding it difficult to come back this season, so the statement of coach Sanjay Bangar on last season’s hero Rajat Patidar is not good. At the same time, the coach has also given an update regarding Glenn Maxwell.
This much has become clear from Sanjay Bangar’s statement that RCB may have to bear a loss in the form of Rajat Patidar after Hazlewood. They have clearly put the ball in the court of the National Cricket Academy (NCA). Not only this, the ‘sporting call’ he/she said in the last, it seems that it is difficult for Patidar to come back so soon. Let us tell you that recently a few days ago a report came out that Patidar has a heel injury and he/she can stay out for about three weeks. That is, it seems very difficult to play the first half.

Tension increased regarding Rajat Patidar
It has become clear from the statement of Sanjay Bangar that Hazlewood was out of the match, now even Patidar will not play this match. A day before the match, Bangar talked about Rajat Patidar and said, Rajat’s matter is out of our control. he/she is undergoing treatment at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). As of now we have not got any clear answer regarding them which we are waiting for. As soon as any answer comes from NCA on his/her fitness, it will be informed immediately. While Bangar indicated in the last that, it is possible that the NCA will take a sporting call keeping in mind the future of Patidar without taking any risk in this matter.
Bangar gave good news to RCB fans
While RCB fans will be saddened by the injuries of Patidar and Hazlewood, Sanjay Bangar has also given good news to everyone. he/she has declared Glenn Maxwell fully fit ahead of his/her first match against Mumbai. Not only this, he/she also said about England’s left-arm bowler Reece Topley that, with his/her arrival, we will not feel the absence of Josh Hazlewood much. Significantly, Topley had made a lot of headlines by taking 6 wickets in the series against India last year. Along with this, he/she also told that, the team’s star spinner Wanindu Hasaranga will join the team on 9th April. Sri Lankan team is currently playing T20 series in New Zealand.
