Junior NTR’s action-drama film ‘Devra: Part 1’ is now going to hit OTT. Made under the direction of Koratala Shiva, this film was released in theaters on 27 September. There was a lot of discussion about the film because Jr NTR returned to the screen two years after the bumper success of RRR. Although the film did well at the box office in the initial days, it remained ‘average’ due to the huge budget of Rs 300 crore. Now after about one and a half months, you can watch it sitting at home. ‘Devra: Part 1’ also stars Saif Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and Prakash Raj along with Junior NTR. This film was released in the country in five languages: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada. But after a stellar opening weekend, it started lagging behind. The result is that ‘Devra’ made a net collection of Rs 291.25 crore across all languages in the country. Whereas worldwide gross earning of Rs 420.75 crore.

The action scenes of the film were highly praised.

There is no doubt that the film’s earnings are not less. But due to the big budget it could not become a hit at the box office. However, both the fans and the general audience have praised the action sequences and VFX of the film. Junior NTR has also been appreciated. However, now this film is coming on OTT after about one and a half months. The hope is that it will be well received on the digital platform.
