Nowadays the problem of PCOD is increasing very rapidly in women. Now even young girls are becoming victims of this lifestyle disease. In PCOD, cysts are formed in the ovaries inside the reproductive system and due to this, women face many problems, among which irregular periods are common.

It had been three years since she was married and she wanted pregnancy. She was very upset due to not being able to conceive.

The doctor told that with proper counselling, support and making some changes in lifestyle, she lost 6 kg of weight in the first three months and then she conceived in the second cycle of ovulation induction medicines. Doctors say that PCOS or PCOD does not mean that you cannot get pregnant.
