Delhi School Nursery Admission: These documents will be required in the nursery admission of the child, check the complete list.

Delhi-NCR Nursery Admission 2024: Nursery admissions 2025-26 in Delhi are starting from today. The Education Department (DoE) of Delhi Government is starting the process of admission in nursery, KG and first class in private recognized schools from today i.e. 28th November. For these admissions, 25 percent seats have been reserved in private schools for children from Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Disadvantaged Group (DG) and children with disabilities.

Admission forms of Delhi Nursery are also going to be available from Thursday itself. A separate list will also be issued for these, apart from this, couples who are becoming parents for the first time may be worried about the admission of their children and what documents can be used in the admission. Here we have brought the complete list for you.

According to the Directorate of Education, these documents are valid as proof of address for admission in nursery, KG and first class:

• Voter Card (EPIC) of the child’s parents.
• Domicile certificate of the child or his/her parents.
• Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of parents.
• Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/water bill/passport in the name of parent or child.
• Ration card or smart card issued in the name of the parents (mother or father on whom the child is named).

The last date for submission of registration form for general category seats is December 20, 2024. After this, the department will upload the details of the children who have applied for admission under open seats by January 3 and the marks of the children will be uploaded by January 10. The first list of students selected for Delhi School Nursery Admission will be available by January 17.
