Delhi Pollution: Politics intensifies on Delhi’s pollution, BJP-AAP blaming each other

New Delhi: Political turmoil has once again erupted over the issue of pollution in the country’s capital Delhi. BJP and Aam Aadmi Party are blaming each other for pollution. Meanwhile, on Sunday, Delhi Chief Minister Atishi accused BJP of doing dirty politics. AAP has blamed neighboring states for Delhi’s pollution. Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has hit back at Atishi’s allegations, saying that the Aam Aadmi Party has a habit of lying and blaming others for its mistakes.

CM Atishi targeted BJP

Delhi Chief Minister Atishi, while addressing the press conference, said that the level of air pollution and pollution in Yamuna water is continuously increasing in Delhi, and the dirty politics of BJP is behind this. he/she said that there are many reasons for increasing pollution levels in Delhi, the most important of which is stubble burning. he/she said that burning of stubble is an important reason for increase in pollution in Delhi during winter season.

‘Stubble burning in Haryana and UP’

Atishi claimed that incidents of stubble burning increased by 23 percent in Haryana and 70 percent in incidents of stubble burning in UP. he/she questioned that if the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab can stop and reduce stubble burning, then why can’t the BJP government of Haryana and UP do the same? BJP government is doing dirty politics with the people of Delhi.

Haryana CM’s counterattack

Giving a sharp reaction to Atishi’s statement, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that the Delhi government has a habit of blaming others. he/she said that Delhi government should look into its own affairs. Saini said, “I think the Aam Aadmi Party has a habit of lying to the Delhi government and blaming others for its mistakes. The Delhi government does not find any shortcomings in itself, but always finds shortcomings in others. The BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) of the water supplied to Delhi through CLC canal is almost zero. It should be told who is releasing the dirty water of 28 drains of Delhi from Okhla into Yamuna?

AAP asked questions to the government

he/she said, “The Aam Aadmi Party government should tell that the Central Government has given an amount of more than Rs 6,000 crore under the Yamuna Action Plan, out of which Rs 3,000 crore has been given in the last two years. What did they do with that money? ?” Saini said, “I feel that blaming others and building ‘Sheesh Mahal’ with government money has become the custom of the Aam Aadmi Party government of Delhi. There is no truth in their allegations. They should first look at themselves. “
