Yes, not only this, it is also called the first ISKCON temple of Delhi NCR. This is none other than Shri Shri Radha Parthasarathy Temple, which is located in the East of Kailash area. This beautiful religious place is near Lotus Temple and Kalkaji Temple.

The walls are decorated by Russian artists

It is said that the walls inside it have been decorated by Russian artists. This temple dedicated to Lord Krishna and the capital was inaugurated in 1998 by the then Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Prime Minister Narendra Modi placed the world’s largest Bhagavad Gita in this temple on February 26, 2019. This Gita weighing 800 kg has 670 pages and it cost Rs 1.5 crore to make it. These idols are installed in the temple

Beautiful statues of Lord Shri Krishna, Mata Radha and other deities can be seen in the main hall of this temple spread over about 3 acres. Statues of Lord Ram, Mother Sita, Lord Laxman and Hanuman ji are installed in the temple. Statues of Gauri, Shri Nityananda Prabhu and Shri Chaitanya Prabhu are also installed here. The atmosphere in the temple is absolutely divine during the Aarti. During the Aarti, people chant the Hare Krishna Mahamantra, but the entire atmosphere here becomes devotional. The devotees also forget everything and get immersed in the devotion of Krishna. Although this temple is in a posh area of South Delhi, but on the days of Janmashtami, Ramnavami, Gauri Purnima and Radhashtami, a lot of crowd is seen here. Aarti Time

In ISKCON temple, 6 aartis are performed daily along with worship. Mangala aarti, Raj Bhog aarti, Sandhya aarti and Shayan aarti are special among them. Mangala aarti is performed at 4:30 in the morning, Sandhya aarti at 7 in the evening and Shayan aarti at 8:30 in the night. You will see the maximum crowd during the evening aarti.
