Deepak Hooda and others may be banned just before the auction, BCCI makes shortlist of names

New Delhi. Just two days before the mega auction of IPL 2025 (IPL 2025 Auction), a shocking report has come out. Indian all-rounder Deepak Hooda, who plays for Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2024, has been included in the BCCI’s list of doubtful bowlers and he/she is likely to be banned from bowling. he/she is not a part of LSG this year.

According to a report in Cricbuzz, players like Deepak Hooda and Saurabh Dubey and KC Cariappa have been shortlisted by the BCCI for their illegal bowling actions. Cricbuzz said in its report, “Manish Pandey and Srijit Krishnan have been banned from bowling, while off-spinner Deepak Hooda is on the doubtful bowling list.

The report further said, “Saurabh Dubey and KC Cariappa have been included in the BCCI doubtful list.” Let us tell you that Deepak Hooda was released by Lucknow Supergiants before the auction. his/her performance in IPL 2024 was not very good. he/she scored only 145 runs in 11 matches and did not even take any wicket. Talking about Hooda’s international career, Hooda has played 10 ODI matches for India and scored 153 runs.

he/she has played 21 matches in T20 International and scored 368 runs with one century. he/she played his/her last international match only in February 2023. Which was a T20 International match against New Zealand. There he/she scored 30 runs. Let us tell you that the upcoming season of IPL 2025 will be held from 14 March to 25 May.
