Court issued non-bailable warrant against Anmol Bishnoi in Salman Khan firing case

A new update has come in the case of firing incident outside the Bandra residence of Bollywood actor Salman Khan. A special court in Mumbai has given a verdict in connection with this case. he/she issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) on Friday, July 26 against Anmol Bishnoi, brother of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. A warrant has also been issued against Rohit Godara, an alleged member of the Bishnoi gang. In the charge sheet filed by Mumbai Police earlier this month in connection with the firing incident outside the actor’s house Galaxy Apartment on April 14, Godara and Anmol have been described as absconding accused along with Lawrence Bishnoi. Lawrence Bishnoi is currently lodged in Sabarmati Central Jail in Ahmedabad. According to the police, Anmol and Godara are in Canada.

Non-bailable warrant against two in Salman Khan case

Accepting the prosecution’s plea, Special Judge for Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) cases BD Shelke issued a non-bailable warrant against Anmol and Godara. Six people have been arrested in the case. Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal allegedly opened fire outside Salman’s residence Galaxy Apartments in the wee hours of April 14.

One person died in Salman Khan firing case

These two are currently in judicial custody along with Sonu Kumar Bishnoi, Mohammad Rafiq Chaudhary and Harpal Singh. Another accused in this case, Anuj Kumar Thapan, allegedly committed suicide in police custody. In the 1735-page charge sheet, the police also stated that Anmol Bishnoi had given a 9-minute speech to the shooters. In it, he/she told them what to do and when.
