Sibal insisted on making the appointment process more transparent, terming the issue of corruption within the judiciary as serious.

The problem has been raised earlier also

Kapil Sibal said, ‘Corruption in the judiciary is a serious problem. Many senior lawyers of the country have said this before. This problem has been going on for years. This is not such a thing, which has been raised by the senior council and lawyers of the country for the first time. All this has been going on for years.

Supreme Court will have to pay attention

Senior advocate Sibal further said, ‘The Supreme Court should focus on the appointment process. The appointment process needs to be completed with more transparent and caution. Now the time has come that the Supreme Court should start focusing on how the appointment process is.

Sibal said on the issue of Lokpal

Questioning the claims of decreasing corruption, Sibal said, ‘Corruption is a serious issue and despite PM Modi’s decrease in corruption, it has increased. When there was a demonstration about the Lokpal, all political parties used to accuse the Congress. After this the Lokpal bill arrived, but what happened. The government was demolished and nothing was done after that. Neither Kejriwal did anything nor the Prime Minister did anything. Just put a Lokpal and you are seeing what they do. ‘

The collegium will take action on the case!

When Sibal was asked about the cash found in the judge’s house, he/she said that he/she does not know much about this. If the collegium of the Supreme Court is looking into the matter, then it will take action on the case according to him/her. Please tell that the house of Justice Yashwant Verma of Delhi High Court caught fire. he/she was not at home at that time. The family called firefighters and police.
