Not only this, various vitamins and minerals including vitamin K, folate, potassium, vitamin C and E present in avocado are very helpful in repairing heart tissue. Dr. Aylin says that monosaturated fat is very useful in reducing calories and fat. It contains high quality healthy fats and fiber which reduce the feeling of hunger. Because of this, food remains in the stomach for a long time. The best part is that being a dietary fiber, it also brings down the sugar spike to a great extent.
