New Delhi : Out of seven phases of Lok Sabha elections, only two phases of elections are left. In such a situation, along with political parties, election strategists and political analysts are busy deliberating as to how many seats will be in the account of which party when the election results are declared. The sixth and seventh phases of voting are to be held on May 25 and June 1 respectively. The election results will be announced on June 4. Meanwhile, election strategist Prashant Kishor remained trending on social media regarding his/her assessment of BJP’s seats in this general election. Prashant Kishor on Thursday hit back at his/her opponents who criticized his/her assessment of the impending Lok Sabha election results. Prashant Kishor clearly said that those people should ‘keep plenty of water with them’ on June 4, the day of counting.

Actually, on Thursday, the video related to Prashant Kishore’s interview was trending on social media. In this interview with Karan Thap, Prashant Kishore was having a heated argument. Karan had asked Prashant a question about his/her wrong assessment of Congress’s defeat in Himachal Pradesh. Social media users were sharing a snapshot of Prashant Kishore taking a sip of water during the interview. In response, Prashant Kishore wrote on social media platform X that drinking water is good because it keeps both the mind and body hydrated. Those who are surprised by my assessment of the outcome of this election should have plenty of water with them on June 4.

Congress will not reach three digits

Kishor has been insisting that the BJP is likely to repeat or even surpass its seats gained in the 2019 general elections. When asked how many seats he/she expected the BJP to win, Kishor said, “Based on whatever observation and experience I have in this domain, I don’t think the BJP’s numbers will be where they were in 2019.” It will reduce a lot from there. Kishore also claimed that I see more or less a repeat of the numbers he/she had in 2019 or maybe it will get even better. Regarding Congress, Prashant Kishore said that the Congress party cannot reach the three-digit figure in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

So BJP will not win even 300.

Regarding Congress, Prashant Kishore said that I do not know where they will be, but I do not think that Congress will get 100 seats. he/she said that if Congress is getting 100 seats then BJP is not getting 300 seats, it is very simple. When asked if he/she could tell how many seats Congress would win. Kishore quipped that he/she didn’t know. There is no depth limit.
