Congress leaders received notice from ‘X’ for sharing clip of Amit Shah’s speech, what is the matter?

New Delhi: Congress party and some of its leaders received a notice from ‘X’ on Wednesday for sharing some video clips of Union Home Minister Amit Shah on their social media platform ‘X’. Sources made this claim on Wednesday. Opposition sources said that in the communication made by ‘X’ in this regard, the notice received from the Cyber ​​Crime Coordination Center of the Home Ministry has been cited. In this, he/she has been asked to remove the material shared by him/her, terming it as allegedly violating the law of India. There has been no confirmation of sending the said notice from ‘X’ or the Cyber ​​Crime Coordination Center of the Home Ministry. According to sources, in its letter sent to Congress, ‘X’ has also said that it strongly believes in the freedom of speech and expression of its users through this platform.

Some Congress MPs and leaders had on Tuesday shared a video clip of Shah’s reply to the Rajya Sabha debate on the journey of 75 glorious years of the Constitution, in which he/she talked about B R Ambedkar and attacked the opposition over it. Shah made his/her stand clear in the press conference held at the BJP headquarters on Wednesday. he/she alleged that Congress leaders were distorting facts and out of context his/her comments on Ambedkar in the Rajya Sabha.

‘I condemn the drama of Congress party’

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju addressed a press conference after the uproar in both the houses over the remarks made by Home Minister Amit Shah on Bhimrao Ambedkar. Rijiju said, ‘BR Ambedkar is revered for us. The Congress party and some of its allies have taken out a short clip of the speech given by Home Minister Amit Shah in the Rajya Sabha yesterday and distorted it and made it viral. The Home Minister had yesterday spoken very clearly about how the Congress Party had despised and insulted Baba Saheb Ambedkar when he/she was alive. I condemn the gimmickry of the Congress party.
