Students are applying online from cyber cafes and their homes. In the application, students have been given the option to choose more than one college. In this, students can choose not only colleges of their city, but also colleges of other cities and colleges affiliated to other universities. Students have been given the option to choose a college according to the subject combination of their choice.

Graduation Admission 2024: Last date to apply

The Higher Education Department, Haryana started the process of online application for admission in colleges from June 4. At present, the last date for application is June 25. If the number of applications is less, the date can be extended further. So far, more than 39 thousand applications have been received in colleges across the state. In the colleges of Faridabad, this figure has reached almost two thousand.

This time admissions are being taken in colleges under the new education policy. Subject combinations have also been prepared according to the new policy. In this, a combination of major and minor subjects has been prepared. All the colleges have prepared combinations of major and minor subjects according to the staff available here. In such a situation, students can choose the college with the subject combination of their choice and apply for admission in it.

Bachelor Degree Admission: You can choose more than one course

Students have the option to choose more than one course and subject combination. Students can also choose more than one college in the application. Not only colleges in one’s own city but colleges in other cities and other universities can also be selected in the application.

The colleges running in Faridabad are affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University. If a student is interested in taking admission in colleges affiliated to any other university of the state or in colleges running in nearby cities, then he/she can choose those colleges in the application form. There is no need to apply separately for this. Online verification of the student’s application will be done in the same college which he/she has given preference to.

Dr Ritesh Kalra, nodal officer of the online admission process at Government College Khedi Gujran, said that students have the option of choosing several colleges, courses and subject combinations. They can also choose colleges from different cities and universities in a single application.
