ADP data showed that employment in the private sector has increased. 1,43,000 new jobs have been created. ADP said in its report, “After a five-month recession, there has been a broad improvement in job creation. Jobs in the manufacturing sector have been created for the first time since April.” It is expected that this will be seen in other sectors also.

ADP’s chief economist Nella Richardson said that more jobs does not mean more salaries. There has been an increase of 4.7 percent in the annual salary.
