The Mumbai Crime Branch has filed a 4,590-page charge sheet before the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) court. In this charge sheet, 26 accused have been named in the murder case of politician Baba Siddiqui, the high profile murder case that took place last year. In the Baba Siddiqui murder case, Mumbai Police has filed a 4590-page charge sheet in the Special MCOCA Court, in which 26 arrested accused and three The names of the wanted (Zeeshan Akhtar, Shubham Lonkar, Anmol Bishnoi) are included.

Testimony of 210 witnesses also included in this charge sheet

The charge sheet filed on Friday also includes the testimony of 210 witnesses, in which the reasons behind Siddiqui’s murder have been explained. According to the Crime Branch investigation, the Bishnoi gang has committed this murder to establish their dominance in the criminal underworld of Mumbai.

Murder committed with the intention of sending message to Salman Khan!

Allegedly this crime was committed with the intention of sending a message to Bollywood actor Salman Khan. Let us tell you that the main accused in this case are Anmol Bishnoi, brother of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and two other persons Shubham Lonkar and Zeeshan Akhtar.

Lawrence Bishnoi’s name is not directly in this charge sheet.

Along with Anmol and Akhtar, Lonkar has also been declared a wanted criminal in the murder case. Police believe that he/she played a key role in planning and executing the crime. However, Lawrence Bishnoi is not directly named in this chargesheet and has not been named as a wanted suspect. It is also being said that he/she had indirect connection with this case.

According to police investigation, there are three main reasons for the murder which include closeness to Salman Khan, revenge for Anuj Thapan’s suicide and establishing the dominance of Bishnoi gang and increasing its terror.
