‘Citadel’ teaser: Varun Dhawan and Samantha’s action, war and romance in one and a half minute clip, this is the release date

The wait is finally over! The teaser of Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s action-packed series ‘Citadel’ is out and it is quite exciting. Titled ‘Honey Bunny’, this thrilling series promises to take the audience on a wild ride of spy, romance and more. Earlier this week, ‘Citadel – Honey Bunny’ makers Raj & DK announced a date with ‘01.08’ on their X handle. As soon as they shared the post, fans reacted. Apart from Varun and Samantha, it also stars KK Menon, Simran, Soham Majumdar, Shivnkit Singh Parihar, Kashvi Majmundar, Saqib Saleem and Sikander Kher. ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ will release on Prime Video. There is a lot to see in the one and a half minute glimpse of the teaser. Samantha’s action in the role of a spy, Varun Dhawan getting into his/her character with the story and the glimpse of KK Menon has surprised the fans. ‘Honey Bunny Citadel’ is an Indian series. Prime Video India had teased an event last month and also released a short clip assembling all the titles. In the clip, Varun and Samantha are seen performing action scenes. In one scene, Samantha is seen holding two pistols, preparing for a fight with two opponents. She also appears in a fight sequence with Varun. ‘Citadel’ is releasing on Prime on November 7.

What did Samantha feel

Talking about being a part of the series, Samantha said, ‘I never thought I would do action. But today, for me, being in this series is already such a victory for me, because at the last moment I didn’t think I could do it. I didn’t think I would be a part of it. I am extremely grateful to Raj, DK, Sita and Amazon for coming to my rescue. I just had to prepare physically.’
