Dry yeast – 1 tsp
Hot milk – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
Butter – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Refined oil – for frying
Salt – 1 pinch

Cocoa powder – 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Milk – 3-4 tbsp

Chocolate Donuts Recipe
To make chocolate donuts, first put half a cup of hot milk in a big bowl. After this add 1 tsp sugar to the milk. Now put 1 teaspoon dry yeast in milk and dissolve it. Now keep the milk aside for 5 minutes. In this time the milk will become frothy and the yeast will become active. Now add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, baking powder, butter and a pinch of salt to the milk and mix everything well.
Now add hot water little by little to the mixture and knead the dough. Knead it for at least 5 minutes. Stop kneading when the all-purpose flour becomes soft and pliable. Now put some oil on top of the dough and leave it. Now cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours. When the dough doubles in size, then understand that the yeast has risen properly in it.

Now take a big ball sized dough and sprinkle flour over it. After this, roll it a little thick. After this, with the help of a donut cutter, cut the dough into a round shape, then make a round hole in the middle of it. You can use bottle caps for this. Now take a tray and put baking paper on it. Put the prepared donuts in it. Apply some oil on it so that it does not dry. Similarly prepare all the nuggets.
