What is the navy strategy?

What is akime drill
Akeeme drill, or ‘Africa-India major maritime attachment’, will be held from 13 to 18 April at Dar-S-Salam, Tanzania. The countries participating in the AKIM include Tanzania (which is co-consulting it), Comoros, Djibouti, Irritria, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Seychelles and South Africa. The drill will be inaugurated by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh.
