‘Chidiya Ud’ web series trailer: Village girl, infamous streets of brothel and dreaded Kadir Khan

The trailer of Jackie Shroff, Sikandar Kher and Bhumika Meena’s web series ‘Chidiya Ud’ has been released. The new crime drama web series will be available for free on OTT. Yes, for this users will not need any kind of subscription. The story of the series is set in the dangerous world of Mumbai in the 1990s. It has the underworld, the anonymous streets of the world of prostitution, the endless pain of village girls and their struggle to come out of all this. The makers had also released its teaser a day before. Now along with the release of the trailer, the release date has also been announced. Made under the direction of Ravi Jadhav, the story of this web series has been written by Mohinder Pratap Singh and Chintan Gandhi. ‘Chidiya Ud’ is actually based on Abid Surti’s famous novel ‘Cage’. While Jackie Shroff has played the villain, Bhumika Meena has played the lead role. It also stars Sikandar Kher, Madhur Mittal, Mayur More and Mita Vashishtha in lead roles.

What is the story of ‘Chidiya Ud’

‘Chidiya Ud’ is produced by Harman Baweja and Vicky Bahri. At the center of the story is a girl named Sahar (Bhumika Meena). She has come to Mumbai from a village in Rajasthan on a flight of dreams. But she gets trapped in the quagmire of crime and prostitution. She fights to free herself from the chains of the brothel. But standing in his/her way is Kadir Khan (Jackie Shroff), who rules this infamous world.
