  • Almonds- 1/4 cup
  • Peanuts- 1/4 cup
  • Walnuts- 1/4 cup
  • Cashews – 1/4 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds- 1/4 cup
  • Sunflower seeds- 1/4 cup
  • Chia seeds- 2 cups
  • Flax seeds- 1/4 cup
  • Halim seeds- 1/4 cup
  • Sesame seeds- 1/4 cup
  • Ghee- 1 teaspoon
  • Dates – 250 grams
  • Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon

  • First of all you have to take a pan and put all the nuts and all the seeds except sesame in it.
  • Roast the ingredients by keeping the gas on medium flame.
  • After this, turn off the gas and then add sesame seeds to the hot seeds mixture and mix well.
  • Now put all the ingredients in the mixer and grind them and prepare a fine powder.
  • Keep in mind that there should not be any coarse grains in the powder, otherwise it can cause difficulty in making laddus.
  • After this, add ghee in the same empty pan and fry the dates.
  • Add dates and cardamom powder in the mixer containing the mixture of seeds and mix well and make a dough like dough.
  • Now your batter is ready. Now take it out in a plate.
  • After this, take little by little batter and gently make laddus and store them in an air tight container.
  • Eat one laddu daily and prevent your hair from falling.
