India and Australia are the most successful teams in the history of the ICC Champions Trophy. India won the title in 2013. The trophy was shared with Sri Lanka in 2002 when the final was washed away due to rain. Australia won the title in 2006 and 2009. The final of the ICC ODI World Cup was played between India and Australia in 2023. Australia stopped the Indian team that showed a bang game from winning the title at their home. After stopping India for 240 runs, he/she won 6 wickets.
