Govt Technician Eligibility: Qualification

To apply for the post of Junior Technical Assistant, candidates should have three years Diploma/B.Sc. degree (Mechanical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering) from a recognized university. Whereas for Technician B, candidates should have SSC or equivalent qualification with ITI certificate. Experience has also been sought for both the posts. Latest Govt Jobs 2024: Age Limit

• Age limit- To participate in this recruitment, the maximum age of the candidates should not be more than 25 years. Age will be calculated as of 31 October 2024. Whereas reserved categories have been given relaxation in the maximum age.
• Salary- Candidates selected for the post of Junior Technical Assistant will be given a salary of Rs 22250-75000 and for the post of Technician B, they will be given a salary of Rs 19000-60000.
• Selection Process- Candidates will be selected on these posts through stages like written examination, trade test, document verification, medical test etc.
• Application fee- There is no fee for SC, ST, PWBD, Ex-Serviceman candidates on these posts. Whereas candidates of all other categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1000.
