Rules of Attendance for CBSE Board Exam:
As per CBSE Board Class 10th and Class 12th Board Exam rules, students are required to have 75% attendance to appear in the exam. Apart from this, CBSE Board says, ‘CBSE Board gives relaxation of 25 percent only in cases of certain special circumstances like participation in national or international sports competitions, medical emergency and other serious reasons. For this also necessary documents will have to be submitted.
CBSE Preparation for Board Exams 2025:
CBSE has already released the sample question papers for Class 10th and Class 12th final examinations on CBSE’s academic website cbseacademic.nic.in. This will help students understand the exam pattern, marking scheme and type of questions asked. Apart from this, the dates of practical examination for schools in winter areas have also been announced.
CBSE Board says that practical exams, projects and internal marking of class 10th and class 12th in these schools will be completed between November 5 to December 5, 2024. Apart from this, practical exams in other schools will start from January 1.
Recently, information about CBSE sending notices to some schools also came to light. Show cause notices have been issued to 27 schools in Delhi and Rajasthan for violating the rules. These notices were issued after inspection of schools.
