Carrots contain high amounts of antioxidants. Although carrot season is mostly in winter, orange carrots are still available in summer. Carrots are a major source of vitamin C and many other vitamins.

Orange carrots are very beneficial for the heart and brain. Drinks made from it are helpful in keeping you healthy as well as in weight loss. Here are some healthy carrot drink recipes that you should include in your diet.

Carrot and Orange Juice

To make this, take 2 orange carrots, 2 oranges, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 teaspoon honey and ice. Wash and chop all the vegetables. Put all the ingredients in a juicer and extract the juice.

For this, take 2 orange carrots, 1 small beetroot, 1 apple and juice of 1 lemon. Put all the ingredients in a juicer and blend the juice.

To make this, take 2 orange carrots, 1 green apple, 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup coconut water and 1 teaspoon honey. Cut them all and blend them.

To make this, take 2 carrots, 1 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon honey. Now cut the carrots into small pieces, add some water and blend and make a paste. Now heat the milk and mix carrot paste, turmeric powder and cinnamon powder in it. Cook it on low flame for 5-10 minutes. Filter the milk and add honey to it.
