Bumrah created history in Australia, the first bowler in the world to do so


New Delhi. The first Test match being played between India and Australia has been exciting since the first day. When the Indian team was all out for 150 runs, everyone started criticizing the batsmen, but what Jasprit Bumrah’s bowlers did after this doubled the excitement of the match. Captain Bumrah gave a memorable performance on the first day of the Perth Test match. Both bowling and captaincy made the Kangaroo team sweat.

On the first day of the Perth Test, right-arm fast bowler Bumrah bowled brilliantly and took four wickets and brought Team India back in the match. he/she destroyed Australia’s batting and sent their openers to the pavilion early. After this, Bumrah took the wicket of Steve Smith who was out on the very first ball without opening the account. With taking this wicket, Bumrah did what no bowler had been able to do before in Australia.

Bumrah created history and registered his/her name in the record book. Bumrah is the only bowler who has dismissed Steve Smith for a golden duck (out on the very first ball) in Australia. Smith has been out on golden duck only twice. In 2014, Dale Steyn dismissed Smith for a golden duck in South Africa. After this, Smith was not out on a golden duck for 10 years. Bumrah made a big record by dismissing Smith on the very first ball.

Bumrah missed a hat-trick
Bumrah, who was captaining in this match in place of Rohit Sharma, missed a hat-trick in the first innings of the Perth Test. Due to his/her four wickets and the lethal bowling of the remaining bowlers, India dismissed 7 Australian batsmen on the first day. At the end of the first day, Australia’s score was 67/7, while India had scored 150 runs.
