The Central Committee on Parliamentary Affairs has recommended convening the first phase of the budget session of Parliament from January 31 to February 11 and the second phase from March 14 to April 8. The session will begin with President Ram Nath Kovind’s address to the members of both the houses. The session will continue till April 8. There will be a one-month holiday from February 12 and the second phase will start from March 14, which will run till April 8. Meanwhile, elections will be held for five states including UP and the results will come. Its effect will be visible in the second phase.

718 employees of parliament have been infected
Sources related to Parliament House said that during the third wave, 718 employees of Parliament House have been infected with Corona in the last one month. Most of them have been infected during the last two weeks. Till January 9, about 400 personnel were corona infected, but on Wednesday this figure had crossed 700. In the last three days alone, there has been an increase of about 43 percent in these figures.
