Boxing Day Test: All tickets for India-Australia Boxing Day Test were sold out.

Melbourne. The battle to reach the ICC World Test Championship final continues. India has the last chance to win the series against Australia. If Team India wins here then it will be fine otherwise its dream of reaching the final for the third consecutive time will be shattered. India won the first match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy and Australia won the second match. The third match is to be played in Brisbane but people are more excited about the Boxing Day Test. Fans bought the tickets for the fourth match of the series as soon as they arrived.

All the tickets for the first day (Boxing Day) of the fourth Test match between India and Australia starting on December 26 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground have been sold. This shows people’s interest in this five-match series being played for the Border Gavaskar Trophy. Boxing Day Test has special importance for army countries (South Africa, England, New Zealand and Australia). People come in large numbers to watch the match taking place the day after Christmas.

This huge demand for tickets has been seen after Australia’s spectacular comeback in the series. India won the first Test match played in Perth by 295 runs but Australia was successful in leveling the series by winning by 10 wickets in the second Test match in Adelaide. Before the Boxing Day Test match, the third Test match will be played between these two teams in Brisbane from Saturday.

“All tickets available to the general public for the first day of the Boxing Day Test match have been sold out,” Cricket Australia posted on Twitter on Tuesday. Some more tickets can be issued for the general public on December 24.
