Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘The Greatest of All Time’ is now in its final stages. It has been 25 days since the film was released at the box office and the condition of its earnings is such that the makers have decided to pack its bags. This is the 68th film of actor-turned-politician Vijay’s career and unfortunately, despite the support of fans, it has proved to be a flop in theatres. Now this film is preparing for release on OTT. On the other hand, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Raghav Juyal’s action film ‘Yudhra’ has also proved to be a disaster. GOAT, directed by Venkat Prabhu, has a budget of Rs 400 crore. It is said that only Vijay has taken a fee of Rs 200 crore for the film. This film, which came with a bang in the opening weekend, became a rage from the first Monday itself. After this, its earnings kept decreasing day by day and in the fourth week, despite Saturday-Sunday, it could not reach Rs.

According to the report of sacnilk, ‘The Greatest of All Time’ has made a business of only Rs 90 lakh on the 25th day of its release, including Tamil and Hindi. A day earlier on Saturday it had earned Rs 70 lakh. Whereas on the fourth Friday its earning was only Rs 40 lakh. The total collection of the film in the country is Rs 249.75 crore in 25 days.

GOAT has also not been able to make a splash in the worldwide collection. In 25 days, it has made a gross collection of Rs 449.35 crore at the global box office. Out of this, Rs 156 crore has been earned abroad. In view of the falling earnings, this film is now being released on OTT platform Netflix from October 3.

‘Yudhra’ box office collection day 11

On the other hand, ‘Yudhra’ directed by Ravi Udyawar has become another disaster of the year. This action film of Siddhant Chaturvedi and Raghav Juyal has collected a net of only Rs 11.25 crore in the country in 11 days. Whereas worldwide it has made a gross collection of Rs 14.38 crore. The budget of this film is Rs 50 crore. Despite Sunday being a holiday, it has earned only Rs 20 lakh in the country. In such a situation, any expectation from this on weekdays will be meaningless.
