New Delhi. Boom-Boom Bumrah has re-established his/her dominance in the ICC rankings. Jasprit Bumrah has once again become the number-1 bowler in the Test rankings after a short break. Jasprit Bumrah has been rewarded for his/her excellent bowling in the Perth Test against Australia. he/she played a big role in defeating Australia on the ground in which it was unbeaten since 2018. Apart from Bumrah, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Virat Kohli have benefited tremendously from the latest ICC Test rankings. Jaiswal is just one step away from the peak.

Jasprit Bumrah has jumped two places in the latest ICC Test rankings. With this he/she has returned to the number one position. Bumrah has achieved number one ranking for the third time this year. Earlier, he/she had become the number one bowler after taking 9 wickets against England in February. Even in October, he/she was rewarded for his/her excellent performance against Bangladesh and reached the number-1 position. However, he/she could not remain at the top for long and Kagiso Rabada ousted him/her and took the number one position. Now Bumrah has grabbed the number-1 position, leaving behind Rabada of South Africa and Josh Hazlewood of Australia.

Bumrah was player of the match in Perth
Jasprit Bumrah bowled brilliantly in the Perth Test against Australia and took 8 wickets. he/she played a big role in all out Australia for 104 runs by taking 5 wickets in the first innings. After this, 3 wickets were taken in the second innings also. he/she was chosen Player of the Match for this performance.

Jaiswal is at second place
India defeated Australia by 295 runs in the first test match. Two Indian batsmen have benefited tremendously from this in the ICC Test rankings. Yashasvi Jaiswal has jumped two places to reach second position. Yashasvi had scored a century in the Perth Test match. Joe Root is at number one in the ranking of batsmen. Yashasvi has 825 rating points and Joe Root has 903 rating points. In such a situation, if Yashasvi wants to become number-1 then he/she will have to perform well continuously.

Virat returned to top-20
Virat Kohli also scored a century in the match. Virat has benefited from this performance and has returned to the top-20. he/she has jumped 9 places in the latest rankings and is now at number 13. Kohli has 689 points. Rishabh Pant and Shubman Gill are also in the top-20. Rishabh Pant (736) remains at sixth position. Gill is at number 17 with 673 points.
