Earlier, unreserved tickets were issued only from the booking counters of railway stations. Passengers had to wait a long time at the booking counters. In such a situation, Railway Ticket Agents and Automatic Ticket Vending Machines were introduced to save this time of passengers from getting wasted. These were made available at major stations. But in these also it was very important to be in front of the passengers. In such a situation, in view of all this and to reduce the hassle of the passengers, the UTS mobile app was introduced.
The UTS app allows a wide range of services to be used. You can download it from Play Store or App Store. Account has to be registered on this. Once you register on the app using your name, mobile number and other required information, you will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. This OTP has to be entered and login ID and password have to be entered to login to the account which is sent to your mobile number.
