Board exam copies will be checked by AI, then how will you get the marks… Haryana Board is going to change a lot

If everything goes according to plan, this time there will be no delay in the Haryana Board exam results. The exam results will also be released on time along with the marking of the board exams to be held in March. The chances of mistakes will also be reduced. The answer sheets will be checked with the help of Artificial Intelligence, i.e. AI. In the new system, the software will tell whether the answer written in the copy is correct or not. Marks will also be issued on this basis. Haryana School Education Board (HBSE) Chairman Dr. VP Yadav said that AI will be used for marking the board exams to be held in March. The copies will be checked through AI and will also be checked by teachers. After which the marking will be seen in both. For the first time in the country, an evaluation system will be implemented through AI by a board.

HBSE: Compartment copy checked online

The online evaluation system was to be completed in the 10th and 12th examinations in March 2023-24, but it could not be done. After this, the evaluation of the examinations of the students who got compartment was done online, which could be done on time. The result was released within 10 days of the examinations. In such a situation, the teachers will not be able to do as they please in giving marks. In many cases, on investigation, teachers are also accused of negligence in evaluation, but the software will decide whether the marks have been given correctly or not.

Copies will be scanned, time of checking will be recorded

In the new system, the answer sheets will be scanned after the exams. A team of teachers will be formed from all districts, who will complete this work subject wise. After this, marking will be done through online medium. Marks will also be given through software. Every year, around 25 thousand students of Haryana School Education Board appear for the exam in Gurgaon district alone, whose marking takes about one to one and a quarter months. But now this work will be completed on time.

For online marking, the teacher will have his/her own user ID and password, through which he/she will do the work of checking the answer sheets online at the evaluation center. The important thing will be that the time when the evaluation of the answer sheet started and when it stopped will also be recorded. Along with this, the total marks of each question will also be recorded automatically after checking the answer sheet. If any page is missed in between during online work, the teacher will also get the indication of it immediately.

Now the results of the examinations will be released on time due to online based evaluation. Recently, the results of compartment were also completed on the basis of online evaluation. Many teachers were assigned duty for online evaluation. There will be a change in the system in the coming time.
