Bangalore police arrested 5 suspectsThe Central Crime Branch of Bangalore Police has foiled a major attack plan in the city. Bengaluru Police Commissioner B Dayanand said that the CCB has arrested 5 accused in this connection, from whom they have seized hand guns, explosives, live bullets, walkie-talkies and mobile phones. According to Bangalore Police, apart from the five arrested suspects, there is also a prime accused who is currently abroad. Together these 6 people had planned the attack in Bangalore city.
2008 blast accused met in jail
It has been learned that these 6 people were lodged in Bangalore Central Jail in 2017 in connection with a murder case. During this, he/she met 2008 Bangalore blast accused and LET operative T Nazir. In the initial interrogation, the police came to know that Nazir had brainwashed all these 6 suspects and radicalized them. After which the accused, currently living abroad, formed a team with the remaining 5 accused. After going abroad, this accused supplied arms and other essential items to the remaining 5 people, on the basis of which these 5 suspects planned the attack in Bengaluru city. But in time the police arrested these 5 accused.
Police identified the five suspects
Now the police is making all out efforts to arrest the mastermind accused living abroad. The city police has also shared all the details of the incident with the central investigative agencies. Police said that the five suspected terrorists are from different areas of the Karnataka capital. The police suspect that they had planned to blast the city. Central Crime Branch officials said the five suspects, identified as Syed Suhail, Umar, Janid, Mudasir and Zahid, were accused in a 2017 murder case and were lodged in the Parappana Agrahara Central Jail, where they were serving terrorists. get in contact.
