This video is the same which is going viral these days with false claims. According to the description present in the video, the then BJP President Amit Shah had given this statement in a public meeting held in Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh and had said that ‘BJP has liberated UP from the Nizam. By saying Nizam, it was meant to refer to the powerful leaders of Uttar Pradesh, Naseemuddin Siddiqui, Imran Masood, Azam Khan, Atiq Ahmed and Mukhtar Ansari.
