BJP complains about Rahul Gandhi to Election Commission, demands FIR along with action, know the reason

New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party asks senior Congress leaders from Election Commission Rahul Gandhi Complaint has been made against. During the election campaign in Maharashtra Assembly, BJP raised questions on Rahul Gandhi’s statement that ‘the Constitution is in danger’. he/she has filed a complaint with the Election Commission regarding this issue. Not only this, the ruling party at the Center has also taken action against the Congress leader and lodged an FIR. A party delegation led by Union minister Arjun Ram Meghwal and BJP general secretary Arun Singh met officials at the Election Commission and lodged a complaint.

This is why BJP complained about Rahul

BJP leaders met the Election Commission and requested to register an FIR along with action against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi for ‘gross violation’ of the Model Code of Conduct. Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said that we told the Commission that Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi once again tried to lie on November 6. During the Maharashtra election campaign he/she tried to make the states fight against each other.

Uproar over Rahul Gandhi’s statement ‘Constitution is in danger’

The Union Minister said that Rahul Gandhi again lied by waving a copy of the Constitution that BJP wants to abolish it. This is wrong. We told the Election Commission that this should be stopped. We also told the Commission that Rahul Gandhi is continuously doing this despite warnings and notices. We said that an FIR should be registered against Rahul Gandhi under section 353 of the Indian Justice Code (BNS).

BJP raised demand to register FIR

According to BJP’s complaint, at an election rally in Mumbai on November 6, Rahul had claimed that Apple iPhones and Boeing planes were being snatched from Maharashtra and made in other states. In the same program, Rahul Gandhi had targeted BJP and alleged that the ruling party at the Center and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) want to destroy the Constitution of India. The ruling party at the Center has given a complaint to the Election Commission regarding this issue.
