Central Selection Board (CSBC) had conducted the Bihar Police Constable written examination in the month of August through a total of six stages. To become a constable in Bihar Police, the height of general and backward class male candidates should be 165 cm. Whereas for male candidates belonging to Extremely Backward Class, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category, the minimum height has been fixed at 160 cm. Chest of male candidates should be 81 cm without expansion and 86 cm after expansion. Reserved categories have also been given relaxation in this.

Apart from this, if we talk about Bihar Police women height, the height of female candidates of all categories should be 155 cm.

How much is the race in Bihar Police?

Bihar Police Physical Aptitude/Efficiency Test will be of total 100 marks. In which the race is of 50 marks. Male candidates will have to run 1 mile i.e. 1.6 km in maximum 6 minutes. In this, candidates who complete the race in less than 5 minutes will get 50 marks. Whereas 5 minutes to 5 minutes 20 seconds will get 40 marks, for time more than 5 minutes 20 seconds and up to 5 minutes 40 seconds, 30 marks, candidates whose time is more than 5 minutes 40 seconds and up to 6 minutes will get 20 marks.

Male candidates taking more than 6 minutes will be declared failed. Whereas women of all categories will have to complete the 1 km race in maximum 5 minutes.

When will Bihar Police’s physical take place?

Candidates scoring less than 30 percent marks in the written examination will automatically fail the Physical Efficiency Test. Candidates equal to 5 times the number of vacancies will be called for physical test. Let us tell you that the written examination is only a means to reach the physical in this recruitment. This is only for qualifying physical efficiency/test-measurement test. Candidates will be invited for physical test within one and a half month of the declaration of result.

In Bihar constable recruitment, running, high jump and shot put are most important because the final merit list is made on the basis of these three. Shot put and high jump will be of 25 marks each. Male candidates will have to throw a 16 pound ball 16 feet. Whereas female candidates will have to throw a 12 pound ball 12 feet.
